Crafternoon With Caroline

Crafternoon With Caroline

Although these were the last photos I took today, this is how my day began. Freya and I went to the thrift store and we found this treasure of a book.

Lautrec by Lautrec. Translated and edited by Corinne Bellow.
It was published in 1964 and I'm sorry that I'm bragging: It was two dollars.

I took these photo's outside tonight underneath a red, rice paper lanter. The paper in the book looks hot pink but it is white. I love pink!

Today my sweet friend and neighboor Caroline came over to play Crafternoon.
Caroline's grandma knitted this beautiful sweater for her many years ago. The sweater has stayed stored because it is very long in the sleeves and much too thick to wear comfortably.
But it is very beautiful. The colors are wonderful and Caroline wants to use it and be reminded of her grandmas handwork.
Caroline brought over the sweater and a photo of a hand bag a few weeks ago and we planned a Crafernoon.

We only had an hour and a half to work so we are finishing up tomorrow.

I wanted to share some photos of autumn in Utah.

The view outside my kitchen window.

My back yard.

This evening Freya and Oliver watched It's The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown.

I finished up a pair of cozy pants for Chris and I.

I wish everyone an awesome day tomorrow!
