Losing Weight

I've been wanting to loose weight for a few years .
I set a goal to get in shape and drop some pounds be for we went to Disneyland.
I've never dieted before but I decided to try the Dukan diet.
I strictly did the diet for 14 days at the beginning of August.
Dieting along with biking 50 minutes four days a week resulted in a weight loss of about 15 pounds and three inches off my waist. (in six weeks)
I'm really proud of myself!
My goal is to loose 15 more.
I think I can do it!

  1. Wow! That`s fantastic. Well done you but you don`t need to lose anymore, you look just fine and dandy now. A wee curve or two is much preferable to being a stick insect. Have a wonder ful holiday. x

  3. You look great, Camille! What is the Dukan diet? At first I thought you typed "Dunkin" I was hoping it was a donut diet. That would've been awesome.
